Travel Thursday's- J.K Place Firenze

When I think of Italy I  automatically think of love,  slow, romantic music, happy faces and pasta of course, Bonjour! Why those four..... I have no idea but if I hear the word ITALY before the “Y” fully rolls off the tongue those four  descriptions come to mind. What about you??!? Say it to yourself, ITALY….what words come to mind? Well as today's travel destination we are visiting Florence, Italy at the J.K. Place Firenze, and trust me this little treasure has so much to offer. Vous pouvez me remercier plus tard.....(you can thank me later)! Get ready to empty your savings account, YOLO or at least expand your imagination, as you may not have to travel there after reading this blog post. If you're a dreamer like I, you can go there and be back in minutes. Just READ VERY SLOW! Ok travelees, LET’S GO!

Located near the National Alinnari Museum of Photography, and other notable destinations in Italy, J.K is a  just one of those 5 star luxury hotel that you don’t want to miss out on as you relax and unwind comfortably and in style. Immediately after logging onto the website I was captivated by the posh presidential suite that seemingly darted from the screen as my eyes gazed slowly to the right, fixated on the bold, seemingly highlighted words, Sunday Brunch! J.K. Place has been voted one of Italy’s top 50 hotels in 2013 and has been featured in countless magazines! Each room offers an intimate setting with a slightly elevated four poster bed, plush carpet, an LCD TV, and a DVD player for your entertainment pleasure, oh and here is the BONUS....FREE wifi!

Inside the hotel you can also find the J.K lounge which turns into a club at night, visited by Italy’s most prominent businessmen and other international stars. Ever wondered what its like to party internationally? In the day time you can stop by for a nice lunch, noon tea, or an exquisite dinner to properly end your night after site seeing and relaxing.

For brunch, per the hotels blog, imagine yourself sipping on mimosa’s, Bellini’s or a freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice as you decided which cuisine you'd  prefer. The American-Tuscan buffet, Italian lunch, or an Americanized breakfast. Not to mention a full selection of Italy’s finest coffees and teas that you may even enjoy on the rooftop terrace before you start your day!
If none of that appeases you, explore one of the top ranked 20 restaurants nearby including Buca Lapi, Ristorante II Latini or L’Osteria Di Giovanni. Google the restaurants to learn more about their cuisine. I don’t know about you but after researching this boutiques hotel and its prime location I am so eager to get here. So here is what you need for your Italian getaway!

Money-  Rooms average $500 a night (on off seasons) + $1307(+) flight per person + spending cash= $4500 (or less) per person for a 6 day, 5 trip! Wooh

Travel Time- The flights is approx. 12 hours round trip with AirFrance. So you definitely need to load up the ipod, wear comfy clothes, grab your favorite book or two, your laptop for working purposes and plenty of snacks as you prepare for your “next door getaway ” experience.

Clothing- Temperature is very comparable to the United States. So fashionable attire for the traveled season.

Company- Your closest gal pal(s), or your boo thang would be appropriate. The less the merrier….. after all this vacay is kinda pricey.
